i went to Buddhist Society's PE Camp 2 from Friday 7pm till Sunday 1pm...
the camp was held at a place called Buddhi Heart...菩提心园
it's a calm and out of town place...the air is just clean and refreshing and it feels like being in a forest...=)
actually, didn't really want to go, coz i have a lot of tutorials and notes plus quiz to prepare...eventually, i still went coz i dun want to regret for life and i proved that i was rite ^.^
the camp was just nice and meaningful...we had movie sharing on the first night...then, some sharing of thoughts and feelings...then, we called the night...
the next day, we had morning chanting, a talk from sifu, some activities related to PPB and of course some games...at night, we also had a little time where we as PEs, talked about our life as PE and our feelings...the next day, we just had a sharing from seniors, a recap and our camp was over...
it seems like so long when i was in the camp...i learnt a lot, that's wat important...and i learnt so many in 3 days only...
i learnt about leadership. about wat leaders should have in them, that everyone can be leaders as long as they learn from experience and activities...
i also learnt about sharing and giving...we must share wat we think is good and nice, especially events that make us happy, bcoz when we share, we double our happiness and the happiness makes every other person happy too...
i also learnt about forgiving and accepting others...we often just think about ourselves and be selfish..but what the Excos have shown and taught us is that they can accept and forgive us of all that we PEs do...i think that is very honourable and i really really solute them...
most importantly, i realised how important PPB is to me now...i love this society and i love every single soul in this society...i have never known that there is actually a place in the world where all the good people gather together...that is something i feel fortunate about..i feel fortunate of knowing them and getting involved with them...planning activities together and learning from each other....i really hope i can do something for PPB...我真的很想把这盏法灯延续及传承下去~
"Under one roof of Dhamma, we share and care..." @ “同一法檐下,我们分担与分享”...PPB's slogan...=)i think it's meaningful and PPB really shown that to me...
