Cheesecake *failed

ok, so today made a cheesecake...and succeeded half way and failed the other part...@@ coz i forgot one important step and the cheesecake failed jor lor...='( so sad la...but still delicious...eat it like yogurt...XD

This is a recipe my cousin give me de...from another website...so, if interested can go read...---->>>>Cheesecake

anyway, i'll still post my version here...LOL

for the crust, take 120 g of crushed oreo biscuits...

and also 70g of butter...*already soft one

mix them evenly with either your hands or any spatula suitable...

and spread evenly and compactly in a container...

*i'm using Tupperware...=)

after that, put it in the fridge while preparing the top part pulak~

for the top part...you need one tbsp of Gelatin...

*here's where i did wrong...Gelatin should be heated first with milk but i didn't do it..pandai pandai go mix with the cream terus...@@ stupidxxx

and also some lemon...

*if you like the lemon taste add one whole lemon..if not, just half will do~

a little bit of left crushed oreo crumbs...

250 g of cream cheese *already soft

and 120 g of sugar...

*since i didn't add the oreo cream filling...it won't be too sweet...

80g of full cream milk which i replaced with low fat one..

and 120 g of whipped cream...

ok, just mix all together...

*refer to the website for actual procedure...

spread on top of the already freezed crust...

and send it into the fridge~

wait for 2-3 hours...

*for my case, how many million hours also won't make it hard anymore@@

meanwhile waiting for the cheesecake to harden, i went out with hui bing to find carmen~ go eat laksa...XD

quite spicy after finish eating it~yums~~~

had laksa and cendol...

*invited peng pink along too...an old fren...=)

then, went to carmen's new house to sit awhile...ended up playing mahjong~ XD i just love it!!!

so, around 6.30pm like that reached home liao lor...thanks to hui bing for being the driver~checked out on the cheesecake and so failed it was...@@but still yummy...just cannot cut into pieces...haiz...

still so soft...@@

and also, had durian with pulut for dinner!yummy~~~! and fat!!!
