Cookies~

 Today i am going to post very long coz all about foods~~~ and i made cookies today~ learn from my aunty one...XD

B4 baking cookies though, i had "burger"...it's called rice burger~yummy lor!!! sold at 7-Eleven in Thailand ONLY!!! M'sia dun have one...T_T sad nia lor...

grilled pork with rice burger~*thumbs up~

got spicy and grilled one!both also so yummy la!!!

i also had oreo cheesecake made by my cousin, wei yee~ 

yummy lor~but a bit too sweet for me...

After that, went to Tesco...coz my aunt wanna buy somethings..so, go lor...along with my cousin, Boon Pin and Wei Yee...

after that, go this shop~Fresh wat forget liao...

just outside Tesco nia~

bought Grapefruit flavour~so refreshing~

and cheap too!!!

B4 baking, i also had a cup of tea first...Hahaha~

Then, finally...start baking cookies~

recipe~

need 300g of butter~

400 g of caster sugar~

add with the butter...dun let the butter melt ar...

just let it be soft can liao...

then, mix~

mix~mix~

on the other hand, weigh 450 g of flour~

filter the flour lor~

can mix the cocoa powder too...

50g of it~

and one tsp of baking powder~

then continue filter~

and weigh 250g of almont nuts too~

my aunt say if not enough the cookies not nice wor~

and let's see how's the butter and caster sugar going~

nice~

remember to mix until very fluffy and smooth~

mix in one direction only ar...

remember to prepare the oil paper...put them in the trays~

after the butter is very fluffy and smooth, add one egg first...

the other egg..

you need 2 eggs for this~

and mix slowly..dun mix the eggs too fast or else the cookies tak jadi one~

after that, mix in the flour~

mix mix mix~

same direction also ar...

all mix ok liao?

add in almond nuts pulak~

MIX!!!

lastly...done~^,^

and using small tablespoons...

make them into small pieces...

bake in preheated oven of 160 degrees celcius...

and there you go~

very very very very yummy one!!!!

And my aunt also cooked a lot of Teochew food today~

fried taugua with home made sauce~

cooked potatoes~

this coffee is my uncle make for me one..XD

and my aunt's delicious "sexy noodles" LOL

it's teochew noodles..only Teochew ppl noe how to eat...XD

 My day with food is like that lor...but today quite frustrating...coz i started learning back how to drive manual car again...and asyik die fire lor...@@ shit la....i very pek chek..my uncle lagi pek chek...he also tak boleh tahan with my shit driving skills...#_#

and then, plz look at the pic below..

my wound that day was infected...

so, i asked the doctor to help me clean it up...

and so, it bleeded and got "nana"...@@

so painful la!!!

rupa-rupa nia tak boleh bubuh cream punya lor..

haiz...now,even the bottom one has gone loose 

and i cleaned them with flavine lotion until now very red!!!

painful la!!!T,T
